Type in the URL for your site (provided in you "Welcome" email from ellucian)
Click on the “Get password help” link on the initial login screen:
 
 

Enter your email address in the first box
Enter the characters in the image in the second box and click “Continue”
 


 
You will receive an email:
 

Open the email and click on the link contained within:
 
 
 
You will be brought to a page to reset your password.  Enter your new password in the first box, re-enter the same password and click “Save Changes”. 
 


 
Password requirements:
Passwords must contain characters from three of the following five categories:
o Uppercase characters of European languages (A through Z, with diacritic marks, Greek and Cyrillic characters)
o Lowercase characters of European languages (a through z, sharp-s, with diacritic marks, Greek and Cyrillic characters)
o Base 10 digits (0 through 9)
o Nonalphanumeric characters: ~!@#$%^&*_-+=`|\(){}[]:;"'<>,.?/
o Any Unicode character that is categorized as an alphabetic character but is not uppercase or lowercase. This includes Unicode characters from Asian languages.

If the password entered first and second do not match, you will get the following error:
 


 
Re-enter matching passwords to correct this error.
 
 
If your password does not meet the password requirements, you will get the following error:
 


 
To resolve this error, use a password that meets the password requirements:
